Companion and Nurse Aide Care

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming helps people to maintain independence and dignity while living in the place they choose.
  • Stand-by assistance when walking to assist with stabilization to ensure safety and prevent falls.
  • Medications reminders, Vital sign tracking (pulse, respirations, blood pressure, temperature)
  • Perform light household tasks (laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation)
  • Companionship support brings conversation and a good laugh while doing activities (playing cards, puzzles) to prevent feelings of isolation and loneliness.
  • Memory Care
  • Partnership with Hospice services. Occasionally there is a gap with services hospice can provide and what people need. We provide additional support to allow loved ones to enjoy each other instead of being the primary caregivers.
  • Our nurse aides and companions work directly with our Registered Nurses and Therapists. When they see changes in behavior or abilities, they will contact the team.
  • Our Registered Nurses and Therapists oversee all care provided and support our clients through free assessments and reassessments when needed.
